LOGO 1Ibrahim A. ASMAEL Establishment for General Contracting (ASMAEL) is a leading Contractor in the Eastern Province involved in execution of General Contracting projects, throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the last three decades.

Established in the year 1980, ASMAEL also specializes itself in the execution of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) projects all over the kingdom. Since then we have employed highly qualified, trained, experienced managers, engineers, staff and skilled workforce.

All Managers and Engineers are specialized, fully aware and familiar with National/International Codes, Standards, Specifications & Regulations, and enjoy massive experience in their respective fields.

In addition to that, the supporting staff and skilled workforce are highly trained and experienced in the fields of Civil General Construction, Mechanical ( specially in HVAC) system works etc.

In order to serve our customers better and to ensure smooth functioning, ASMAEL activities have been divided into the following:

1-CIVIL CONSTRUCTION :

This division normally carries out (Turnkey projects) including Civil Rough and Finishing works for Electrical, Telecommunication, and Firefighting Systems. The specialization in construction included Industrial and High-rise Commercial & Residential Buildings,  Hotels…etc. 

2-INDUSTRIAL :

Specialized in carrying out large Industrial (HVAC) projects such as Oil Refineries, Hospitals, Manufacturing Plants, Airports, Military Sites which require extensive engineering study, specialized working team in supply and installation of Chilled Water System, Building Management System such as Pluming, Firefighting, Fire Alarm , Public Addressing etc.
